Ritambhara meaning
Ritambhara (ऋतम्भरा) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Knowledge that holds the truth within it; bearing the truth
Also used to mean: filled with truth, true wisdom
Ritambhara (ऋतम्भरा) is the Sanskrit ṛtaṃ-bharā, joining ṛta, "truth, right order", and bhara, "bearing, holding". Monier-Williams defines the adjective ṛtaṃ-bhara as bearing the truth in oneself, also a name of Viṣṇu, and the feminine as intellect or knowledge that contains the truth in itself, often with prajñā, "wisdom", and as the name of a river. In the Yoga tradition ṛtambharā prajñā is the truth-bearing insight of deep meditation. Name lists give "filled with truth" or "true wisdom". Rutambhara is the Marathi spelling.
