Saiprasad meaning
Saiprasad (साईप्रसाद) is a Hindu boy's name of Hindi and Sanskrit origin (Marathi and Telugu usage). By its first sound, सा, it is a Kumbh rashi name (Shatabhisha nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
The grace or gift of Sai (sāīṃ 'lord' + prasāda 'favour, gift')
Also used to mean: blessing of Sai
Saiprasad (साईप्रसाद) joins Sai with prasāda, which Monier-Williams gives as graciousness and favour, a gracious gift, and the food offered to a deity and then shared as a blessing. Sai comes from the Hindi sāīṃ, "master, lord, holy man", which Platts traces to Sanskrit svāmin, and as a name it honours Sai Baba of Shirdi. Together the name means Sai's grace or blessing, and name lists give "blessing of Sai". It is used in Maharashtra, Karnataka and the Telugu states, often written Sai Prasad.
