Ayman meaning
Ayman (ایمن) is a Muslim and international boy's name of Arabic origin.
Very happy, fortunate, blessed; also on the right side
Ayman (ایمن) is the Arabic ayman, from the root y-m-n, which joins two ideas: yumn, "blessing, good fortune", and yamīn, "the right hand", the side associated with good things. Steingass's dictionary gives ayman as very happy, fortunate or illustrious. The Quran uses it for "the right side of the Mount" where God called to Moses (19:52). Name lists give Ayman as "blessed" or "fortunate". The companion Umm Ayman, who cared for the Prophet as a child, was named after her son Ayman.
