Hasna meaning
Hasna (حسنا) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
Beautiful, comely (said of a woman)
Also used to mean: very beautiful
Hasna (حسنا) is Arabic ḥasnāʾ, from the root ḥ-s-n. Lane's lexicon lists ḥasnāʾ as a word applied to a woman, meaning beautiful or comely, and notes that its matching masculine form, aḥsan, is not normally used of a man in that sense. It is a different word from Husna (al-ḥusnā, "the best"), though the two are close in sound and spirit. Name lists give Hasna as "beautiful", matching the dictionary. The name is used in the Arab world and by Muslim families in India.
