Khurram meaning
Khurram (خرم) is a Muslim boy's name of Persian origin.
Happy, glad, cheerful; pleasant, delightful
Khurram (خرم) is a Persian adjective. Platts's Urdu dictionary defines khurram as happy, glad, cheerful or merry, and also pleasant and delightful, with khurram-dil, "cheerful-hearted", and the noun khurramī, "joy, gladness". The best-known bearer is Prince Khurram, the son of Jahangir who became the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan and built the Taj Mahal. Name lists give the meaning as "joyful" or "happy", matching the dictionary. The Turkish form of the same name is Hürrem. Khurram is used by Muslim families across India and Pakistan.
