Khushal meaning
Khushal (खुशाल) is a Hindu boy's name of Persian origin (Hindi usage).
In easy circumstances; happy, fortunate (Persian khush-ḥāl)
Also used to mean: prosperous
Khushal (खुशाल) comes from Persian khush-ḥāl, from khush, "pleasant, happy", and ḥāl, "state, condition", so it means being in a happy state. Platts' Hindustani dictionary gives khush-ḥāl as in pleasant or easy circumstances, happy and fortunate, records khushāl as the everyday form, and gives khush-ḥālī for prosperity. The name is used by Hindu and Muslim families alike, as with the Pashto poet Khushal Khan Khattak. It is a different name from Kushal, Sanskrit for skilful. Name lists give "happy", which matches.
