Saikrishna meaning
Saikrishna (साईकृष्ण) is a Hindu boy's name of Hindi and Sanskrit origin (Telugu usage). By its first sound, सा, it is a Kumbh rashi name (Shatabhisha nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
Sai and Kṛṣṇa together (sāīṃ 'master, lord, holy man' + Kṛṣṇa)
Also used to mean: Lord Krishna, Sai Baba and Lord Krishna
Saikrishna (साईकृष्ण) joins Sai with Kṛṣṇa, whose name in Sanskrit means black or dark, the colour of rain clouds. Sai comes from the Hindi sāīṃ, "master, lord, holy man", which Platts traces to Sanskrit svāmin, and as a name it honours Sai Baba of Shirdi. Some name lists read the whole name as "Lord Krishna", taking Sai in its sense of lord; others as Sai Baba and Krishna together. Both readings follow from the parts. It is used in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka, also written Sai Krishna.
