Sampriti meaning
Sampriti (सम्प्रीति) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Complete joy, delight; affection, good will, friendship
Also used to mean: harmony
Sampriti (सम्प्रीति) is Sanskrit samprīti, formed from sam, "together, fully", and prīti, "pleasure, love". Monier-Williams gives two groups of senses: complete satisfaction, joy and delight, and attachment, affection, good will and friendship. Name lists give "affection", "joy" or "harmony"; the first two are the dictionary senses, and "harmony" is a looser modern reading. The name is mainly Bengali, written সম্প্রীতি, where the word is also used for communal harmony; Samprity is another spelling.
