Samiksha meaning
Samiksha (समीक्षा) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Close inspection; deep insight, understanding; investigation
Also used to mean: review, analysis
Samiksha (समीक्षा) is the Sanskrit word samīkṣā, from sam- and the verb īkṣ, "to see, to look". Monier-Williams lists close or thorough inspection, the wish to see, a glance, a view or opinion, deep insight, understanding and intellect, and investigation or search; in the older lexicons it is also a name for the Mīmāṃsā school of philosophy. In modern Hindi samīkṣā means a review or critical study, which is why name lists explain Samiksha as "review" or "analysis". The older sense of deep insight is the one most families have in mind.
