Shaili meaning
Shaili (शैली) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
Habit, custom, manner of acting or living, practice; style
Also used to mean: method, way
Shaili (शैली) is the Sanskrit word śailī. Monier-Williams gives it as habit, custom, manner of acting or living, practice and usage, citing classical poetry and the story collection Kathāsaritsāgara, and also as a particular way of interpreting a grammatical rule. In Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi śailī has come to mean style, the distinctive manner of a writer, singer or painter, which is how name lists explain Shaili. This is a natural development of the older sense "manner". The name is used in Gujarat, where it is also spelled Shaily.
