Brijmohan meaning
Brijmohan (बृजमोहन) is a Hindu boy's name of Hindi and Sanskrit origin.
The charmer of Braj; mohan, 'fascinating', an epithet of Krishna
Also used to mean: charmer of vrindavan, lord krishna
Brijmohan (बृजमोहन) joins Braj, the cowherd country of Krishna's childhood around Mathura and Vrindavan, with Mohan. Platts' Hindi dictionary gives mohan as fascinating, captivating and charming, and as an epithet of Krishna; it comes from Sanskrit mohana, which Monier-Williams records with the stronger sense of bewildering or infatuating. Together the name means the enchanter of Braj, Krishna himself, and baby-name lists give it as "charmer of Vrindavan". Brijmohan Lall Munjal, founder of Hero Cycles and Hero Honda, was a well-known bearer.
In Hindu tradition this is a name of Krishna.
