Indumati meaning
Indumati (इन्दुमती) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin.
The day of the full moon; also Aja's queen in the Raghuvaṃśa
Indumati (इन्दुमती) is the feminine of Sanskrit indumat, "possessing the moon", from indu, "moon". Monier-Williams gives indumatī as the day of the full moon, and as the name of a princess, the sister of Bhoja and wife of King Aja, whose svayaṃvara and early death Kālidāsa describes in the Raghuvaṃśa; her son was Daśaratha, the father of Rāma. A river of the Rāmāyaṇa also has the name. Name lists give Indumati as "full moon", which matches the dictionary. Indumathi is the usual spelling in the South.
