Najwa meaning
Najwa (نجویٰ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
Secret discourse between two people; a confidence shared in private
Also used to mean: whisper, secret conversation, confidante
Najwa (نجویٰ) is the Arabic najwā, from the root n-j-w. Lane's lexicon defines it as secret discourse between two people, a secret shared between them, or people talking together in confidence. The Quran uses the word several times, for example in 58:7, which says that no three people speak in secret without God being the fourth among them. Name lists give Najwa as "whisper" or "intimate conversation", which matches the dictionary closely. It is used in the Arab world and by Muslim families in India as well.
