Nazima meaning
Nazima (ناظمہ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
A composer or arranger; an organiser, administrator; a poet
Nazima (ناظمہ) is the feminine of Nazim, from Arabic nāẓim and the root n-ẓ-m, whose first sense is stringing pearls on a thread. Platts's Urdu dictionary defines nāẓim as a composer or arranger, an organiser or administrator, and also a composer of verses, since naẓm is the Urdu word for a poem. Name lists give Nazima as "organiser" or "arranger", which matches the dictionary. A well-known bearer was the actress Nazima, born Mehr-un-Nissa, who played the heroine's sister in many Hindi films of the 1960s.
