Prabhat meaning
Prabhat (प्रभात) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin.
Daybreak, dawn, morning; having begun to grow light
Prabhat (प्रभात) is the Sanskrit prabhāta, the moment the night "shines forth" into day. Monier-Williams gives it as daybreak, dawn and morning, and as an adjective meaning "having begun to grow light". The Vishnu Purana names a Prabhāta among the sons of the sun and his wife Prabhā. The word is still everyday Hindi for morning, as in prabhāt pherī, the early-morning devotional processions of North India. Name lists give "dawn" or "morning", the same as the dictionary.
