Sarwar meaning
Sarwar (سرور) is a Muslim boy's name of Persian origin.
A chief, lord or leader; a ruler
Sarwar (سرور) is a Persian word for a chief or leader, built on sar, "head". Steingass gives sarwar as a ruler, prince, lord or chief, a leader or commander, and records sarwar-i anbiyā, "chief of the prophets", as a title of the Prophet Muhammad, and sarwar-i majlis, the host of a gathering; sarwarī is chieftainship. It should not be confused with the Arabic surūr, "joy", which is written with the same letters in Urdu. Name lists agree on "leader" or "chief".
