Dhatri meaning
Dhatri (धात्री) is a Hindu girl's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, धा, it is a Dhanu rashi name (Purva Ashadha nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
A nurse; a mother; the earth
Dhatri (धात्री) is Sanskrit dhātrī, which Monier-Williams opens with "female supporter", that is, a nurse. It goes on to give a midwife, a mother and the earth, and also the āmalaka or Indian gooseberry tree (Emblica officinalis). The entry notes that some grammarians derive the word from the root dhe, "to suck, drink", which fits its sense of a woman who nourishes a child. Baby-name lists sometimes give "creator" or "supporter". "Supporter" agrees with the dictionary, but "creator" belongs to the related masculine dhātṛ, the establisher and creator of the world, identified with Brahmā, rather than to dhātrī itself.
