Dildar meaning
Dildar (دلدار) is a Muslim boy's name of Persian origin.
Heart-holding; a beloved, a lover
Also used to mean: kind-hearted
Dildar (دلدار) is Persian dil-dār, from dil, "heart", and dār, "holding, possessing". Steingass's dictionary defines it as heart-holding, and as a beloved or lover, the one who holds another person's heart; his example, dil-dār-i parī-rukhsār, describes a lovely beloved with the cheeks of a fairy. Name lists give "beloved" and sometimes "kind-hearted". The first matches the dictionary, while the second appears to be a modern reading of "one who has a heart". The name is given to boys in India and Pakistan.
