Sabiha meaning
Sabiha (صبیحہ) is a Muslim girl's name of Arabic origin.
Beautiful, comely, bright of face; also daybreak, dawn
Also used to mean: morning
Sabiha (صبیحہ) is the feminine of Arabic ṣabīḥ, from the root ṣ-b-ḥ, which also gives ṣubḥ, "morning". Lane's lexicon defines ṣabīḥ as beautiful, comely or elegant, some say especially in the face, or bright-faced, and it also lists ṣabīḥa itself among the words for daybreak or dawn. That is why name lists give both "beautiful" and "morning". The best-known bearer is Sabiha Gökçen, the Turkish aviator often described as the world's first woman fighter pilot, after whom an Istanbul airport is named.
