Rajhans meaning
Rajhans (राजहंस) is a Hindu boy's name of Sanskrit origin. By its first sound, रा, it is a Tula rashi name (Chitra nakshatra) in the North Indian table.
A swan with red legs and bill; the best of its kind
Also used to mean: king of swans
Rajhans (राजहंस) is the Sanskrit rājahaṃsa, "royal swan", from rāja, "king", and haṃsa, "goose, swan". Monier-Williams describes it as a swan or goose with red legs and bill, sometimes taken for a flamingo, and also uses it for "an excellent one of its kind". In Indian poetry the haṃsa is the bird of grace and discernment, said to separate milk from water, and the rājahaṃsa is its finest form. Name lists give "swan" or "king of swans".
