Rashad meaning
Rashad (رشاد) is a Muslim boy's name of Arabic origin.
Right guidance; following the right way; sound belief
Also used to mean: rightly guided
Rashad (رشاد) is the Arabic rashād, from the root r-sh-d, "to follow the right course". Lane's lexicon defines it as right procedure, the taking of the right way in a road or in an affair, and often right belief, the opposite of going astray. In the Quran a believer at Pharaoh's court tells his people, "follow me, I will guide you to the way of right conduct" (sabīl al-rashād, 40:38). Name lists give Rashad as "right guidance" or "rightly guided", matching the dictionary. The same root gives the names Rashid and Rasheed and the word murshid, a spiritual guide.
